I went to see Chris Wallace to see if I could have an upper eyelids blepharoplasties procedure. I had a recommendation from a friend and although I was nervous, he put me at my ease straight away. I though my age might be a problem (77) but he assured me that it would be fine. He explained that the recovery might take a little longer becouse of my age but there was no reason for it not to be a success. He explained how he would proceed on the day and what to expect after the operation. It all went very well and I am extremely happy with the results. I went back for my 6 weeks check-up and everything was perfectly well, he told me it would take a little longer for everything to settle down because of my age. I have been incredibly please with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends

I had wanted rhinoplasty for many years and finally felt ready to take the plunge! After doing my research, reading reviews and seeing Chris’s very impressive work on his Instagram page, I decided to book a consultation. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and my consultation was very thorough and detailed. He explained due to the skin on my nose being extremely thin (potentially the thinnest he had ever seen!) he advised Rhinoplasty with a deep temporal fascia graft would achieve the best result for me. My surgery was in November 2023 and I can honestly say it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made! Just before my surgery Chris came to see me and drew the surgical markings on my nose - you’d think I’d be nervous but I wasn’t at all, Chris has a very calming nature and I had every confidence in his expertise. I just knew I was in safe hands! When I came around after my surgery, Chris explained that as well as the fascia graft, he also performed a cartilage graft to achieve the best/smoothest result. My nose was complex and he spent longer than initially expected perfecting my new nose, something I’ll always be grateful for. On cast off day I was stunned at how good my nose looked! I used to be so self conscious of my nose and it played on my mind every single day. Not any more! I couldn’t be happier with the result. His work is absolutely incredible and I would recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Chris Wallace is simply brilliant at what he does! I'd had to undergo a few abdominal surgeries over the years (burst appendix, ovarian cyst removal and hysterectomy) and the last one left me with an uncomfortable, ugly overhang which was really getting me down. I also had a sebaceous cyst on my scalp which was getting larger and needed removal. Following much internet research, I'm delighted to say that I decided to consult Mr Wallace. He was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! He removed the cyst under local anaesthetic in his office and now I can't even locate where it was on my head! Three months ago, he performed a mini-tummy tuck and what a fantastic result! The overhang is a thing of the past. The resulting scar is so neat and flat and much lower than before. I couldn't be more pleased. All of the staff were excellent, lovely people throughout the process and thoroughly put me at ease. I can't recommend Chris Wallace and his team enough.

Dr Wallace is brilliant, he was my surgeon for a chin implant to address facial balance. I actually first arranged to see him to discuss cheek implants. He quickly explained to me that he didn't think this would be a good idea as, on my face, this would give me a bit of a "done" look. He gave excellent reasons that I completely understood and I was thankful for his honesty and guidance. I wanted to address the imbalance of my face, however (which I saw mostly in my cheeks at first), so we discussed a possible chin implant. This is not something he pushed at all, rather, it was something that came up in a dialogue between us. He encouraged me to think about it properly and slowly. This, I did. We arranged a date for surgery but, as the date approached, I still had many questions, which I put to Dr Wallace. Sensing that I wasn't 100% about the surgery, Dr Wallace first arranged for me to come back to the clinic (not usual, I thank him for this as many other doctors may not have wanted to give extra time to an unsure patient) and he cancelled the date and encouraged me to think about it. There was never any rushing me (as very often happens in plastic surgery contexts) and he always encouraged me to think about it properly and, if I wasn't 100% sure, to not go through with it. Never any problem regarding this. After a few months, I got in contact with him and said that I had decided I definitely wanted to do it and was ready. The result: a beautiful, well-balanced, expertly judged chin implant that looks utterly natural and has balanced the lower portion of my face and jaw. The result is elegant yet masculine. The scar is incredibly small and neat, hidden under my chin, his stitching beautiful. All in all, just excellent. Four months since surgery now, with the scar getting fainter all the time. On a personal level, Dr Wallace is very likable and trustworthy and if I should want to do anything else, I'd only want to go to him. Thank you ever so much, Chris!

As soon as I met Chris Wallace I knew I would choose him to do my Rhinoplasty. Right from the beginning he put me at ease with his caring manner. I explained what I didn’t like about my nose and he explained in great detail what he could do and explained all the risks involved. He explained that my nose was not a straight forward case as I had very thin skin etc. He assured me he would do everything he could to get the results I wanted and he went above and beyond. I am left with the most perfect nose! After watching lots of TikTok’s on other people’s Rhinoplasty experiences and seeing black eyes, bruised faces, huge splint up noses and not being able to breathe for weeks and weeks I really worried about surgery. However, Chris’ surgeries are very different. I had no bruising at all and a very small amount of swelling. It was completely painless throughout and when the plasters were removed 10 days later there was barely any sign that I had surgery. Chris was very kind and caring throughout and I felt very listened to! I will recommend him to anyone!! He is amazing!!
